TT-HDC – hold down clips

• TT-HDC hold down clips are plastic cable clips that can be attached to floors or other surfaces. The 1/4″ TT-HDC-1/4 are for use with TT1000 and TT3000 sensor cables, while the TT-HDC-1/2 are for use with TT5000 and TT5001 sensor cables. The 1/4 inch clips are supplied with an adhesive mounting tape
• For additional bonding, use a melt adhesive, or a suitable construction mastic
• A hot melt adhesive tool is included in the tools section

TT-MJC-PC, TT-MJC-MC, AT-MJC-PC – modular jumper cables

This is a range of AquiTron and TraceTek modular jumper cables with either plastic ‘PC’ or metal ‘MC’ pre-fitted male and female (pin & socket) connectors used for interconnecting between separated sections of TraceTek sensor cable.

• LSZH, PVC and low smoke halogen jacket
• Available in various fixed lengths between 1 and 30 metres
• For use with AquiTron and TraceTek panels

AT-BJC and TT-JC – jumper cables

• Type JC jumper cable is a halar jacketed, plenum rated cable used for interconnecting between separated sections of TraceTek sensor cable
• Type JC and BJC jumper cables are plenum rated cables used for interconnecting between separated sections of TraceTek sensor cable. TT-JC is available in bulk form (connectors must be ordered separately), or in a variety of modular forms with pre-installed connectors

AT-BJC-2C – bulk jumper cable for EcoLeak

This is a 2-core bulk jumper cable used to make up site specific lengths of EcoLeak leader cables to connect the panel to the start of the sensing cable with using EcoLeak water sensing cables.

This cable can also use used when connecting water sensing probes, remote alarm panels.

TTSIM-C – communications cable

• Two pair screened communications cable 22AWG
• Individually screened pairs plus tinned drain/shield

• Available in 100, 200, 300mtr reels
• For use with AquiTron & TraceTek panels

TT-JC-BLACK – bulk jumper cable

• Urethane, Heavy Wall, Black Jacket, Jumper Cable
• This cable pulling tool is designed for connection directly to the type MC connectors provided on TraceTek TT-3000, TT5000 and TT5001 modular sensing cables
• The TT-CPT-MC can be used whenever installation requires the pulling of these sensor cables into inaccessible concealed spaces

AT-BCB – branch connector box

• This is a junction box version of the fly lead modular branch connector TTMBC-
  PC/MC without the need to have the plastic or metal connectors
• 4 core jumper cable is connected directly into the terminal connectors
  within the enclosure
• The enclosure is splashproof to IP65

ECO-BCB – EcoLeak branch connector box

• EcoLeak version of the popular box branch connector
• The ECO-BCB allows 1 zone to be split into two sensing circuits on the ECO panel range
• Can be used with Eco-1, Eco-6 and Eco-24 panels
• For use only with Eco-Leak water detection cables and mini probes, as well as the AquiTron AT-SRG Refrigerant Leak Detector

TT-MBC-PC / TT-MBC-MC – modular branch connectors

• Modular branch connectors are used to create Tee branches in the TraceTek sensor circuits
• Has one plug-type connector (male) to connect to the cable from the panel, two socket-type (female) type connectors to connect two branch legs
• TT-MBCs are available in either metal connector or plastic connectors to match the sensor connector and jumper cable

AT-WL-FC – female weighted length connector

A weighted length is used to provide clear division between areas in a sensing circuit. The weighted length simulates 4.5m of sensing cable length. Two types are available: female version for inline splicing with bulk jumper cable or a pin type plastic connector at one end and a socket type plastic connector at other end see TT-WL-4.5-PC.

AT-WJC-1M-PC – weighted jumper cable

Weighted length jumper cable, 1m length, plastic male and female (pin & socket) type connectors, simulates 5m of sensing cable.

Saves the need for a separate weighted length.

A weighted length simulates 5 metres of sensing cable so the system map will show a clear division between separate areas of sensing cables.

For use with these panel types: TraceTek TTDM-128, TT-TS12, TTSIM’s, AquiTron AT-APA.

TT-WL-4.5-PC / TT-WL-4.5-MC – weighted length

The weighted length simulates 5 mtrs of sensing cable so the system map will show a clear division between separate areas.

TT-MET-PC / TT-MET-MC – modular end terminations

• Modular end terminations are available in either type metal connector or plastic connector form
• These end terminations are required at the end of each TraceTek sensor circuit and each sensor branch circuit

TT-MLC-PC / TT-MLC-MC – leader cables

• Leader cables are provided with sensor cable connectors on one end, with the other end ready for connection to the terminal blocks in a TraceTek or AquiTron alarm module
• Leader cables are available in several styles, including LSF, halar jacketed and urethane jacketed cable and type PC or type MC connectors
• Standard lengths for the LSF version are 3.5, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 metres

AT-MC/FC-250 – male/female connector

• When using bulk jumper cable in a system design, male and female connectors are used to allow connection to TT1000/1100 sensing cables
• Connected to bulk jumper cable using TT-JSK-HS18 splice kits

TT-JSK-HS18 – splice kit

• Duraseal crimps and shrink tubing
• Kit contains enough components for 5 male or female connectors

EL-FC-250 – EcoLeak female connector

• When using bulk jumper cable in a system design. This female (socket type) connector are used to allow connection to EcoLeak water sensing cables
• Connected to bulk jumper cable type AT-BJC-2C using TT-JSK-HS18 splice kits
• Only for use with the EcoLeak water sensing cables

ECO-SEN-JB – EcoLeak sensor junction box for non-dedicated Eco probes

• IP68 watertight junction box is pre-gel filled
• For use with AT-DTP Drip tray probe, AT-TDWS Tundish Probe, AT-600A Screw in immersion probe and AT-350A Toilet overflow sensor
• Can be used with Eco-1, Eco-6 and Eco-24 panels

TT-TAG – identification/mapping tags

• Identification/Mapping Tags
• These tags can be attached to the TraceTek cables, branching connectors, or other components to identify them as part of a TraceTek & AquiTron Leak Detection system
• The mapping distance (for use with leak locating modules such as the TTDM-128 and the TTSIM) can be written on the tag to help find the location of a leak

TT-PFT-3/4-MC – pressure feed-through fitting

• Pressure feed-thru fitting for double contained pipe and double wall tanks
• The PFT provides a pressure tight sensor connection penetration into a double contained pipe system. The PFT can be used with TraceTek TT3000, TT5000, TT5001 and TT7000 sensor cables (all TraceTek sensors with metal body connectors)

TT-ZENER-BARRIER-KIT – zener safety barrier

TT-ZENER-BARRIER is a range of protective safety barriers for use when sensing cables need to be installed in hazardous Class 1 Divison 1 (or Zone 1) areas. The zener barrier is installed between the alarm module and the sensing cable. The safety barrier ensures that, even if the alarm module suffers a multiple failure, the energy transferred to the sensing cable (and thus to the hazardous area) will remain below explosive ignition levels, thus reducing the risk of fire or explosion.

• The TT-FFS Probe Tester is a battery powered device that provides the capability of testing a TT-FFS probe to determine whether it is functioning properly. Designed for use in ordinary areas. It produces flashing signals with bright red LEDs that identify different operational conditions of the TT-FFS Probe
