with experience of the industry since its inception,
that are actively
involved in new
product development for the TraceTek Group as part of
its commitment to Raychem’s R & D legacy.
AquiTron is a range of products developed with technical
input from the TraceTek laboratories in California to
complement the TraceTek system. The two ranges are fully
compatible with each other.
AquiTron products include single and multi zone alarm
panels, water detection probes/point sensors, oil and
chemical optical sensors, immersion sensors, float switches,
remote alarm panels, refrigerant gas detection equipment,
and accessories to compliment the TraceTek systems.
Probes and Point Sensors
In some areas, sensing cables might not be the preferred
option, either because of the harsh operating environment
in which detection is required, or the impracticality
of installing lengths of sensor cable in vulnerable areas.
AquiTron probes and point sensors can provide a viable
alternative: AT-OPSEN Optical sensor for fuel oils, chemicals
and water, AT-PROBE-TS/M leak detection probe for all
conductive liquids such as water and coolants.
Refrigerant Gas Sensing
Devices
The AT-RGA Refrigerant Gas Alarm and the AT-RLM Refrigerant
Leak Monitor can be used in commercial buildings to monitor
the vast quantity of joints, valves and pipe work used
in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. They can
be stand-alone or integrated into existing sensor networks.
Panels for use in Commercial
Buildings
The new Single Zone and Multi Zone Alarm panels incorporate
well-proven TraceTek circuitry. Both panels have been
styled on the existing TraceTek range and are housed
in similarly robust metal casings.
Accessories
A
selection of battery back-up and power supply units
have been added to the
range to provide
constant uninterrupted
power for TraceTek and AquiTron™ panels. An Auto/Speech
dialler and remote alarm panels improve remote communication.
Other accessories include semi flush mounting flanges,
a wide selection of sensing and jumper cable hold down
clips and an increased number of installation tools.
Driven by the evolution of regulatory regimes and working
practices, by environmental pressures and technological
advance, the needs of customers are changing. Aquilar
is committed to being at the leading edge of developments
in the leak detection industry. The AquiTron range will
continue to expand in response to input from customers
